  • 500ml cold water

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 small carton heavy cream
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 packet unflavored clear Julieta jelly
  • 50ml cold water (to hydrate the clear jelly)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry jelly: Dissolve the strawberry jellies in boiling water. Add cold water and mix well.
  2. Pour into an oiled baking dish and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
  3. Prepare the condensed milk cream: Hydrate the clear jelly in cold water and dissolve it in a double boiler or microwave for 15 seconds.
  4. In a blender, mix the condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk. Add the dissolved clear jelly and blend until smooth.
  5. Remove the strawberry Julieta jelly from the refrigerator and cut into cubes.
  6. In a larger baking dish, place the strawberry jelly cubes and pour the condensed milk cream over them.
  7. Refrigerate again until firm (approximately 2 hours).
